I think picking a creative name is important but for SEO it is even more important to work the point of your blog into the title. So if you are going to go after the keyword SEO to work it in somehow.

my friend just got her domain name and hosting but no idea how to put in the wordpress to hosting as there is no fastastico in cpanel.
