I found something interesting today. It’s Windowspaper XP.
This software can change folders background with just a few steps. I’ve downloaded and try it. Very simple and useful.
You can change the font colors or the colors of the background. But the most best part is you also can add any images for Folders background.

I have downloaded as well, and can say that is is really useful software. Please keep us in touch here, how does it change you work…I can say that it make it better, having in mind that most of the windows stuff are not so welcome in programmers minds.
